Fulton Bank has printed an offer, specifically for the Mountain View Office Park, which offers a fixed fee of $1,000 (including appraisal, environmental, application, loan documents, etc.) for a 90% loan to value mortgage.
Why would an office user lease when it is so easy and affordable to buy, especially when an office user can occupy a condo space as quickly as a leased space?
