Dave Nesbit
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Dave Nesbit, principal and broker-of-record of Nesbit Development, LLC, is a native of Central Pennsylvania. Mr. Nesbit's experience includes new construction of millions of square feet of commercial property, managing holdings of commercial property valued in excess of $100 million, site development and sales at nine industrial or office parks, development of an up-scale open space residential community, and redevelopment of a community shopping center. He has completed hundreds of commercial real estate sales and lease transactions in more than 40 markets in 11 states, including large distribution facilities, corporate office buildings, and various special use facilities.
Immediately prior to starting Nesbit Development LLC, from 1996 to 2003 Mr. Nesbit established and operated a real estate services company for the L. B. Smith, Inc. organization, ultimately as a director and significant shareholder of the privately held parent company based in Camp Hill. From 1984 to 1996, Mr. Nesbit was a real estate broker, leasing agent, developer, and property and asset manager for High Associates Ltd., starting in High's Lancaster office at the Greenfield Corporate Center, and then opening and managing High's Harrisburg operation, based at the Rossmoyne Business Center. From 1976 to 1984, Mr. Nesbit served as a staff director of the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities, obtaining and administering federal and state money for housing, redevelopment and community development projects throughout Lancaster County.
